EXCHANGE ONLY POLICY (NO RETURNS)
- Reach out to us via email ( info@lamodacrowns.com ) within 48 hours from the delivery of your package.
- The item will not be eligible for an exchange if it is damaged, worn, or arrived after 10 days of delivery.
- The buyer is responsible for shipping expenses. Kindly select a shipping method equipped with tracking capabilities to ensure successful delivery. Feel free to email us the tracking number for monitoring purposes.
- Our team will be happy to assist you in picking your perfect headpiece by answering any questions you may have. By purchasing one or more headpieces to try on for your hair trial will no longer be eligible for an exchange.
- The new exchanged items have to be of equal or higher value of the original purchase.
- Once the returned items are received in perfect condition, we will initiate the exchange process.
- Purchasing multiple headpieces with the intention to try them on and return them will not be accommodated.
- Only one (1) exchange will be accommodated.
- We will ship the new exchanged item(s) back to you free of charge.
- We will honor the original discounts or promotions that were available at the time of your original purchase.
SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES:
- Expedited and Express shipping options are available during checkout.
- In case an item is out of stock, it will take 4 to 6 weeks for the item to be shipped to you. We will contact you within 2 business days to let you know and assist you.
- Weather, pandemics, or carrier delays are outside our control, so please plan your purchase early.
- Expedited and Express shipping counts shipping days as business days only. Holidays and weekends are not considered business days.
- We utilize UPS, USPS, FedEx or DHL as our shipping methods. We reserve the right to select the Free Shipping method.
MISSING PACKAGES OR LOST PACKAGES (UNITED STATES):
- It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that a secure and safe shipping or delivery address is provided in the case that your package is lost or stolen after it has been SCANNED as DELIVERED by the postal service or carrier.
- We offer Signature Required option that you can select during check out if you have a concern about security of your package once it is delivered, Please note, you will have to pick up your package directly or arrange a re-delivery with the carrier if no one was at available to sign for the package.
- Get in touch with the carrier immediately to help locate your package. Visit the post office or carrier's office for faster service.
